This scent is mysterious and intriguing. Its earthy nuances balance delicately with the natural sweetness of Osmanthus. It’s almost tea-like, flowery, fruity, with its Leather base shining through. Inspiration

Absolue d’Osmanthe is a sultry and dry scent centered around Chinese Osmanthus Absolute. It is an Olive-like Evergreen with sweet smelling flowers that bloom during the Mid-Autumn Festivals in China, where the Osmanthus is used in everything from food, to drinks, to decorating altars. 

Notes

A soft Plum note plays off of the naturally sweet Osmanthus Absolute. Jasmine Sambac blends with resinous Tolu Balm, creating a sultry essence. Leathery Labdanum sneaks in and infuses itself within the softness. Dry Woods and Sandalwood add depth to the warmer tones, and helps this fragrance to last. A final note of Vanilla adds a subtle sweetness, bringing back the essence of Osmanthus from the top.
